I will assess your current movement patterns and educate you on how to optimize your core and pelvic stability during your current activities. A virtual session can be very educational and beneficial when tailored to you. There is so much you can do independently to reconnect with your core and pelvic floor and keep your pelvis in balance, once you know what you are looking for!
