During our virtual session we will be able to get more detailed in your own unique body. I will assess your current movement patterns and teach you how to optimize your core and pelvic stability during your current activities. I will lead you through different exercises that will help you to reconnect with your core and pelvic floor and keep your pelvis in balance, and optimize your function.
