Weekly class to keep you focusing on your core and pelvic floor! The "Pelvi-Core"

Service Description

This workout is run by Dr Brenda and is unique because it will take and inside-out stability approach, strengthen your deepest core connection and pelvic floor, while keeping your body in balance and is under the guidance of your PT. It is based on the work we do together and will keep you progressing forward between sessions, or after you have completed your PT series of sessions. Because Brenda is leading the class she will be able to coach your form or answer any questions you have, and also apply exercises directly to you! It is open to ALL levels because there are always multiple modifications or progressions that will be discussed for each exercise. The class meets weekly via zoom and each recording will be sent out to all monthly participants so you can do it on your own time, or repeat it before the next week! The workout will be approximately 45 minutes but Dr Brenda will hang around for 5-15 minutes after class to answer questions!

Cancellation Policy

Your monthly subscription gives you access to the class and recording each week. There is no need to book each individual class on my website - I will send you the class zoom link when you register and you can just join each Wednesday at 8:30am (unless otherwise stated) until you cancel your subscription. I will also be sending the recording to all subscribers after each class and you will have access to each one for one month.
